Smart founders invest in growth, they don't rent it.

GTM feels impossible to crack. You're throwing things out there and seeing what sticks.

  1. You're still the pipeline. Most deals still come from your network, your referrals and your calls. It stops scaling when you do.

  2. Nothing repeats. Some months work and some don't, and nobody can say why. Every quarter starts from zero.

  3. Buying signals go unread. Accounts raise, hire and visit your pricing page every week. Nobody sees it in time to act.

  4. A stack, not a system. Ten tools, data in five places, and nothing connecting them.

  5. You don't know what works. Which message, which channel, which buyer. Without data on what lands with your audience, every campaign is a guess.

Ownership

The Future of GTM Is Ownership.

LoopGTM is a Growth Partner.

We build your GTM system with your team, inside your tools. Your data, signals, enrichment workflows, copy and mailboxes all live in your accounts, so everything we build stays yours.

What we deliver in the first 90 days:

  • Custom always-on workflows

  • Built in your own tool stack

  • Your team learns how to run it

  • You keep the system, forever

The system

The 2026 GTM flywheel: value prop, ICP building, account prospecting and enrichment, signals, account scoring, tiers, content, outbound and automated agents, down to closed won and look-alike accounts.

What a workflow is

One signal gets you a list. Four signals get you a reason to write.

A workflow is one repeatable move: a buying signal fires, the system qualifies and enriches the account, and the right action runs. An email, a LinkedIn touch, a call task, a CRM update, a Slack alert. On a schedule, without anyone touching it.

Toggle the signals that fired

Switch a signal off and watch the email change.

The message can only say what the data read.

One signal: hiring SDRs

"Hi Dana, saw Marlowe Labs is hiring SDRs. We help teams like yours book more meetings. Worth a chat?"

What a one-signal email looks like, anywhere.

Four signals stacked: 2 SDR roles open · new VP Sales, 30 days in · Series A four months ago · no sequencer on the stack

Live

"Dana, two SDR hires in your first month, four months after the raise, and nothing on the stack for them to run yet. Are they starting on a system, or on a spreadsheet?"

Routed Tier 1 · email plus LinkedIn, weekly. Owner alerted in Slack.

Every signal earned its place in that email. That's four data reads doing the work an AI-generated first line pretends to do.

Three workflows, one shape

New batch

  1. SignalA company joins an accelerator batch
  2. EnrichFounders, stage, stack, payroll provider
  3. ScoreFit against the ICP, tier assigned
  4. MessageReferences the batch and the problem they hit next month
  5. RunEmail plus LinkedIn, weekly

New leader

  1. SignalA new VP Sales starts
  2. EnrichTenure, team size, sequencer, CRM
  3. ScoreFirst-90-days window scored
  4. MessageReferences what a new leader audits first
  5. RunEmail, day-30 to day-90

Inbound, routed

  1. SignalPricing page visited twice
  2. EnrichCompany identified, matched to the CRM
  3. ScoreIntent plus fit, owner assigned
  4. MessageReferences the page and the plan they looked at
  5. RunSame-day email plus a Slack alert to the owner

None of these come from a catalog. Each one is designed around your ICP and the signals your market actually emits. When the same account raises, hires and shows up on your pricing page in one month, and gets one email that knows all three, that's not luck. That's the system.

Fit

Who this is for

For founders who

  • You own the number.
  • You want to own your GTM system, not rent it.
  • You have a sales motion to hand conversations to.
  • Someone on your team will co-build with us and run it after.
  • You know signals compound. This is not a switch.
Book a strategy meeting

Sounds like you? Start here.

Not for you if

  • You want leads delivered and don't care how. Leads are a byproduct of the system, not the product.
  • You want a few Clay tables built. Tables without strategy don't survive a quarter.
  • You want someone to run it for you forever. That's the agency model. Stop paying and you're back to zero.
  • Your first question is the price. The cheapest option is never a system.

No hard feelings. We'd rather say it here than on the call.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about the co-build process

What is GTM engineering?

Building the system behind your go-to-market: the data and signals that tell you who to talk to and when, the enrichment that makes every message specific, the outbound and inbound routes that carry it, and the automation and reporting that keep it running. Outbound is one output of that system, not the whole job. Most people think a GTM engineer is the person who knows Clay. That is a data role. A GTM engineer owns the whole system.

What makes this different from traditional GTM Agencies?

We are founders co-building workflows with founders. You will be involved in every step, learning the systems as we build them together. At the end, you own everything: the workflows, the knowledge, and the ability to iterate without us.

What's a Workflow & why does it take 2 weeks?

A workflow is not just writing outbound messages and hitting play. It's a full-stack GTM system, built to drive results. Each workflow has 6 layers, and every one matters:

1. Strategy: the why, who, and how behind the play

2. List Building: finding the right companies and people

3. List Enrichment: adding the right data and insights

4. Copywriting: crafting messages that get replies

5. Campaign Setup & Monitoring: launching, learning, iterating. Own it. Scale it. In-house.

6. Reply Management and Objection Handling

Without the right strategy, your workflow breaks. Without the right execution, it doesn't convert. That's why we take 2 weeks per workflow.

What is signal-based outbound?

Outbound where the reason to write comes from something that just happened at the company: a raise, a hire, a new tool, a leadership change, a visit to your pricing page. Each workflow watches one of those signals, stacks two to four more on top to understand the situation, and routes the message based on the combination. The opposite of a static list and one template for everyone.

Do I need technical skills to participate?

Not at all. We handle the technical implementation while teaching you how to manage and optimize the systems.

What tools do you use?

Tool choice depends on your GTM maturity, which we diagnose in the strategy sprint. Most builds run on Clay, EmailBison, HeyReach, n8n, Prospeo, Apollo, Bounceban, OpenAI, Anthropic and Claude Code.

How do you protect our domains and deliverability?

Your primary domain never sends cold email. We set up secondary domains in your name, warm them, route every campaign by the mail provider on the receiving end, cap sends per mailbox well under what the industry calls safe, and run inbox placement tests on a schedule instead of waiting for the reply rate to tell us something broke.

How long does the full implementation take?

The core 90-day program gets your first workflows live and iterated, with campaigns sending before the build is finished.

What happens after the 90 days?

You own everything. Every workflow we co-build is fully documented, for you and your team to run it in-house without staying dependent on us.

Why not build this in-house?

You could. A good GTM engineer is $150 to 200K a year plus tools, six months to find and six more to ramp, and if they leave you start over. With us the expertise arrives on day one, everything is documented, and if you hire someone later they inherit a working system instead of a blank page. We're not a replacement for hiring. We're the faster way to a system worth hiring into.

What's the investment?

Investment varies based on scope and complexity. We discuss pricing during our strategy meeting after understanding your specific needs and goals. There's a 90-day minimum because the first weeks are strategy and infrastructure. Campaigns start sending inside month one.

Do you guarantee results?

We guarantee you'll have a functioning, scalable GTM system that you fully understand and control. Specific revenue outcomes depend on your execution, but we've never had a client who couldn't operate their system post-engagement.

What if our market doesn't emit many signals?

Some markets are thin on public signals, and we say so during scoping, not after you've paid. When that's the case we build volume workflows on a tight ICP filter, and the replies become the first signals the system learns from. Signal-rich or not, the message is still written from what the data read.

Will our campaigns or data show up on your site?

No. Your lists, copy, replies and numbers stay yours. Every example on this site is invented, and case studies only carry what a client has agreed to show.

Stop being dependent. Start owning your GTM.

No more GTM black box. No more guesswork.
Just a repeatable GTM system you fully own.
